Unique, upscale, boutique exercise studio and lifestyle brand looking for Part-Time Front Desk Associates to join our team.
WE ARE HOLDING AN OPEN HOUSE MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH FROM 2:00 TO 4:00 PM at 1470 3rd Avenue (@ 83rd) NY NY 10028 where we will be meeting with potential candidates. PLEASE SHOW UP WITH A RESUME AND COVER LETTER RATHER THAN RESPONDING TO THIS AD.
We are seeking professional, smart, energetic, highly personable, enthusiastic candidates who excel in customer service and will perform their duties with dedication and commitment. Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Experience with high-profile clientele or the hotel and restaurant industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with health, fitness, and athletics a plus. Great job for college or graduate students.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing customer service to clients
• Assisting the Studio Managers in daily studio tasks and projects
• Maintaining studio appearance and retail display
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented outlook
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
